Terms of Use

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Solkari, the maker of RingSight. By using the app or this website you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use RingSight.

Train safely

RingSight is a fitness and training tool, not medical advice and not a replacement for a qualified coach. Boxing training is physically demanding. Check with a doctor before you start, especially if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an injury, or are pregnant. Warm up, train in a clear space with nothing you can hit or trip over, stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and never train while you are unwell. You train at your own risk.

The app's feedback comes from a camera and software. It can be wrong, miss things, or misjudge a movement. Use it as a guide, together with your own judgement.

Who can use RingSight

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and should supervise your training.

Free use and RingSight Pro

Part of RingSight is free. RingSight Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks the rest, as described in the app at the time you subscribe.

Fair use

Please don't misuse RingSight: don't try to break, copy or reverse-engineer it, overload our servers, upload videos of other people without their permission, or use offensive names in the world ranking (we may remove them).

Your content

Videos you send for analysis stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to produce your analysis, after which they are deleted, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Our content

The app, its coaching, voice, videos, artwork and name belong to Solkari. You may use them for your own personal training, not resell or republish them.

No guarantees

RingSight is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always work, be error-free, or produce any particular fitness result. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Ending

You can stop using RingSight at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.

Apple users

If you got RingSight from the App Store, these terms are between you and Solkari, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the app, and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these terms don't cover something.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without taking away protections given by the law of the country where you live. We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you in the app if a change matters.
